Building on the success of our Ballard Fields Neighborhood Villages (Lower/Upper Ballard and Creekside), we are actively working on our current phase of the Old Trail Village development with Four interconnecting Urban Villages (East Village, West Village, Village Center and Village Highlands). A wide variety of unique urban homes are offered by our Builder’s Guild and located throughout each of the four different Villages of Old Trail Village.
